What “Lifetime” Means at Denali
Lifetime means the lifetime of the original owner — your warranty remains active for as long as you own the product.
If your Denaliclo gear becomes unusable due to a failure in materials or construction, we will repair or replace it, no matter when it was purchased.
What’s Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty covers failures including, but not limited to:
Stitching or seam failure
Fabric or knit separation
Material defects
Construction issues that affect function
If the product no longer performs as intended, we’ll make it right.
What’s Not Covered
To keep this program fair for everyone, the warranty does not cover:
Loss or theft
Intentional damage
Damage from fire, chemicals, or extreme misuse
Products altered or repaired by third parties
Normal wear (like fading or minor cosmetic changes) is expected — but if wear compromises function, we’ll still help.
We reserve the right to deny claims that show clear abuse or fraud.

How to Submit a Claim
Repairs, Replacements & Credit
If a claim is approved, Denaliclo may:
Repair the product
Replace it with the same or a comparable item
Offer store credit if the original product is no longer available
Replacements may differ in color or version depending on availability.
