What “Lifetime” Means at Denali

“Lifetime” refers to the functional lifespan of the product, not the lifetime of the owner.
Over time, all gear naturally wears down. When normal wear, environmental exposure, or age reasonably end a product’s useful life, it is no longer considered under warranty.

DenaliClo reserves the right to determine when a product has reached the end of its practical lifespan.


What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Stitching or seam failures

  • Fabric or knit separation caused by material defect

  • Hardware defects (zippers, snaps) due to workmanship

  • Construction failures affecting performance

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, DenaliClo will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace it with the same or comparable product, or

  • Issue store credit if neither option is possible.

Repairs or replacements may vary in color or style due to availability.


What’s Not Covered

To keep this program fair and sustainable, the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear and expected aging

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, abrasion, accidents, improper care, or modification

  • Burns, tears, cuts, punctures, or environmental damage

  • Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers

  • Products altered or repaired by anyone other than DenaliClo

Claims showing intentional destruction, abuse, or fraud will not be honored.

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos

  • Your order number (if available — not required)

We’ll respond within 5–7 business days.

How to Submit a Claim


Repairs, Replacements & Credit

If a claim is approved, Denaliclo may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace it with the same or a comparable item

  • Offer store credit if the original product is no longer available

Replacements may differ in color or version depending on availability.


Ownership & Proof of Purchase

Warranty claims must be reviewed and approved before any repair or replacement is issued. Products may need to be returned for inspection.

Customers are responsible for shipping products to DenaliClo. If the claim is approved, DenaliClo will cover repair/replacement and return shipping.

Warranty applies to the original owner only.
Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility. If unavailable, DenaliClo will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee coverage.

Final Discretion

DenaliClo reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility, approve or deny claims, and make final decisions regarding repair, replacement, or credit issuance.
